Croatian State Attorney General Mladen Bajic and several other Croatians have attended the traditional prayer breakfast held by the United States President Barack Obama last week.
Along with Bajic, Zageb lawyer Silvije Hraste and the owner of Emporion company Marko Vojkovic were also present. Foreign Affairs Minister Vesna Pusic, politician Milorad Pupovac and director Lordan Zafranovic were invited but they cancelled their visit at the last minute.
Guests from southeastern Europe were then invited to a lunch with Alabama Congressman Robert Aderholt.
During his visit, Bajic met his American colleague Eric Holder and the Deputy Director of Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Sean Yoyce. Amongst other things they spoke about increasing cooperation in the fight against organized crime and terrorism, daily Jutarnji List writes.
